Somatic healing, trauma reflection, and nervous system regulation
The Somatic Healing Book Club meets once a month online, where we come together around a carefully chosen book designed to help unpick patterns, behaviours, and the impact of trauma.
This is a space to gently explore what you’re reading, not just intellectually, but within your body and lived experience.
Held by Jaspreet, a trauma informed somatic therapist and nervous system reset expert, the space is guided with care, offering a supportive lens for deeper discovery and reflection.
We move at a pace that allows for real integration and insight, so you’re not rushing through content, but actually beginning to understand and shift what’s been held within you.
A Gentle Approach to Healing
Your membership is £11 per month and includes one live online session each month, where we come together to explore the chosen book in a calm, supportive space.
These sessions are not about analysing or performing, but about gently reflecting on what resonates, what feels familiar, and what may be ready to shift.
You’re welcome to share or simply listen. The focus is on creating a steady, accessible rhythm of connection, insight, and somatic awareness that supports your healing over time.

Why a Somatic Healing Book Club
Because healing doesn’t happen through information alone.
You can read the right books, understand your patterns, and still find yourself reacting in the same ways. Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your nervous system hasn’t yet felt safe enough to change.
This space exists to bridge that gap.
Through reading slowly and reflecting together, you begin to notice how these patterns live in your body, your relationships, and your day to day responses. With gentle guidance and somatic awareness, what you’re learning starts to land differently. It becomes something you can feel, not just something you understand.
This is where insight turns into integration.
A space to pause, to soften, and to begin working with yourself in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Add a Title
“There’s something deeply powerful about reading in community… what you might miss alone, your body begins to understand when it’s felt and reflected together.”
Guidelines

You will need to purchase the book yourself, so you can move through it in your own time alongside the group.
-
You are welcome to join at any point, even if we are partway through the book.
-
Your membership is flexible and you can cancel at any time. However, to support the depth and continuity of the space, you are gently encouraged to stay for the duration of the book where possible.
