She has trained with leading practitioners, including Aimee Rai in trauma informed somatic counselling and medicinal movement, and Anna Murray Preece in seasonal attunement and movement facilitation.

Her Story
The Foundation
Jaspreet’s work is shaped by years within both clinical and humanitarian settings, where she developed a profound understanding of the limitations of conventional approaches alone.

Alongside her clinical career, she is the co founder of Humanitet, an international grassroots disaster relief organisation supporting communities affected by war, displacement, poverty, and natural disasters. Through this work, she has spent years supporting individuals and communities living through acute trauma, grief, loss, nervous system overwhelm, and long term psychological stress across humanitarian settings around the world.

Her background as a Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber, trained at the University of Manchester and later qualified in Independent Prescribing through the University of Derby, is combined with extensive training in Trauma Informed Somatic Therapy, Somatic Counselling, and Medicinal Movement through the International School of Holistic Healing (ISOHH).
