ABOUT THERAPY SOMATIC
Somatic Therapy for the Whole Person
Therapy Somatic began as one practitioner's practice and has grown into an online somatic therapy clinic, bringing together somatic and trauma-informed specialists. We believe lasting change happens when the body is treated alongside the mind, not as an afterthought to it.
Each practitioner at Therapy Somatic brings their own background and method, from nervous system science to embodiment and movement, united by a trauma-informed approach to care. Rather than fitting you to one model, we've built a team so you can find the specialist and the way of working that actually fits what you're carrying.

OUR CLINIC
A different kind of starting point
Therapy Somatic brings together experienced practitioners with distinct clinical backgrounds, specialisms and ways of working. Through somatic and trauma-informed therapy, we support people living with trauma, grief, chronic pain, burnout, identity-related challenges and significant life transitions.

Rather than offering everyone the same starting point, we help you find support that reflects what you are carrying and how you would like to work.

BODY AND MIND
A Body-Aware Approach to Therapy
Difficult experiences are not held through thoughts alone. They can also affect physical sensations, emotions, relationships and the way the nervous system responds to everyday life. Somatic therapy creates space to explore these connections between the body, mind and nervous system.

Our practitioners create space to understand these patterns with curiosity and care. Each practitioner works differently, but every approach respects your boundaries and allows the work to develop at a pace that feels manageable.
WHAT GUIDES OUR WORK
Care shaped around the individual
Our practitioners work differently, but each approach is grounded in care, collaboration and respect for the whole person.

Client experience
Client S. April 2026
"I’ve been working with Jas for a couple of years now. I first sought out somatic therapy when I began experiencing chronic, medically unexplained pain in my hip. From our very first session, I felt an immediate and overwhelming sense of safety, one that allowed me to access parts of myself that had long remained hidden.
Through our work together, I’ve recovered childhood memories that had once vanished, and my hip pain has largely resolved. When it does return, often while uncovering deeper layers of trauma, I now have the tools to meet it with curiosity rather than fear. More than anything, I’ve learned how to show up for myself in ways I never thought possible.
Jas has truly changed my life. She continues to hold space with a depth, care, and attunement I didn’t know existed. She has supported me through some of my most turbulent phases, always meeting me in ways that resonate. As a deeply visual person who uses art as an outlet, I feel especially seen in how she tailors our sessions and retreat experiences to meet me where I am.
I cannot recommend Jas enough. If you are feeling hesitant yet curious, she will meet you with care and guide you toward a kind of healing you may not yet believe is possible."
