WHAT I DO

Somatic Therapy for Trauma Release

Jaspreet provides an intuitive and compassionate approach to somatic trauma therapy, integrating her deep understanding of the Polyvagal Theory and Nervous System Regulation.

When something traumatic happens, our body remembers it, not just our brain. The body's nervous system stores traumatic events in a way that can affect both physical and mental health. Understanding and treating these stored traumas can help alleviate their ongoing impact.

Her trauma therapy is dedicated to those ready to heal from both old and new emotional wounds, offering a path to recovery and resilience.

If you suffer from Complex PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Illness, Chronic Pain, Brain Fog, Burnout as well as other physical and mental symptoms of stored trauma, processing old traumas stored in the body can give you a new lease of life.

"This journey goes beyond just thinking about emotions, inviting you to deeply connect with, listen to and feel what your body is communicating"
